Woodstock Pilsner – Unfiltered Pilsner.  5.2%.   Brewed with German Pilsner Malts, moderately hopped with both New York and German Hops.

- Notes of Honeycomb, Fresh baked bread and Golden Hay

Woodstock Lager – NY Lager. 5.0%. Brewed with all NY ingredients and lightly hopped with NY Saaz.

-Notes of fresh baked biscuits, Ripe Citrus and New York Spring Flowers

Raspberry Gose- Sour Ale. 4.1%. A light kettle sour, conditioned on loads of Raspberries.

-Notes of a slightly tart Raspberry Jam

Mean Charlene Fruited Gose – Sour Ale.  5.5%.   Brewed with pale and wheat malt, conditioned on generous amounts of Pineapple, Mango, Passion fruit and tart Key lime to complement the lactic acid, and light sourness that fades into a sweet finish with a hint of Himalayan pink salt..

- Notes of Sweet Tarts and Sevilla Sour Orange

Supa Scupa- Sour Ale 7%   A kettle sour brewed with malted wheat and oats.  Fermented with nearly 500lbs of strawberry, peach and lemon puree.

-Notes of Strawberry Peach Lemonade in the form of beer.

Baby Dragon – Pale Ale.  5.5%. Our flagship Pale Ale.  Brewed with Flaked Oats and Pilsner. Hopped with Cascade, Citra and Columbus.
- Notes of Ripe Grapefruit, Candied Orange Peel, and Meyer Lemon Zest

Lightsong - IPA. 6.3%.  Brewed with Pale Malt, Wheat Malt and a blend of Naked and Flaked Oats. Hopped with Citra. Dry hopped with Citra, Rakau and Vic Secret.

- Notes of Kiwi, Pine, and Ripe Orchard Fruits.     

Emotional Support Beer –IPA. 6.7%   Brewed with Pale Malt, Oats and Honey Malt. Hopped exclusively with Citra.

- Notes of Tropical Fruits, hints of Mango, Passion fruit and Papaya 

Endless Cycle – IPA.  6.7%. Brewed with Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat. Hopped entirely with Mosaic, Citra and Columbus.                                 
 -Notes of Ultra Ripe Pineapple, Candied Grapefruit and Citrus Curd

Dope Moves- Double IPA  8.1%      Brewed with Golden Promise and Oats. Hopped entirely with Columbus.

-Spicy and resinous with notes of Citrus.                                          

EntropyDouble IPA.  8.2%  Brewed with Oats and Wheat Malt.  Hopped intensely with Mandarina Bavaria, Galaxy, Cascade and Simcoe.   A truly juicy and tropical mélange of flavors to take us somewhere else.

- Notes of mango and more mangoes, pineapple and tropical fruits.                                                         

Shikkoku No Senshi “The Dark Warrior” – Barley Wine.  11.0%. Brewed with Maris Otter, and hopped delicately with Cascade.

- Notes of Toffee, Caramel and Dates                                                                         

Yirgacheffe Joe – Oatmeal Coffee Stout.  8.1%.  Brewed with an array of dark malts, and conditioned on Ethiopian Coffee beans grown in the Village of Yirgacheffe.

- Notes of Dark Coffee, Vanilla, Dark Chocolate                                                                 

Kan – Imperial Stout. 9.2%  Brewed with Blackstrap Molasses and Licorice with added Vanilla Beans.
